Adventure FIT Camp Typical Day:
7:00 am
Rise & Shine / wash up / drink water!
(H2O) Stretch / walk / bounce / jog (H20 with you all day!)
7:30 am
Breakfast, the 1st nutritious meal of the day
8:00 am
Short introduction of the day’s schedule in meeting room
8:15 am Group Break out session (skip if whitewater activity is scheduled)
8:45 am Morning Intensive fat burning Activity … (on or off-site) (Rafting, Kayaking, Ropes Course, Hike, Field Games etc. (w/H20)
11:00 am
Break for a fresh vegetable or fresh fruit drink
11:15 am
Continue Morning Intensive Activity until complete
12 noon
Rest break / educational DVD, meeting with group leader, quiet activity
12:30 pm Lunch, the 2nd nutritious meal (small groups rotate prior to meal for Inter-active Culinary)
1:00 pm
Afternoon hike, then a FUN fat burning Activity (H20)
3:00 pm Class, demos, group meeting, plus a nutritious snack / drink
4:15 pm
Stretch / walk / yoga / isometrics / quiet, reflection, journal time
5:30 pm
Dinner, the 3rd Nutritious meal of the day … good food is more than nutrition, its nourishment at every level!!
6:30 pm
Various group and one-on-one goal setting and counseling sessions
7:00 pm Various evening programs (with H20 in hand) (such as ….Hip-Hop, Movie, Karaoke, Story Teller, Night Hike, etc.)
9:00 pm Sharing circles each led by FIT camp participants
9:30 pm Evening hygiene and then off to bed
